Continuing to travel to all 67 counties, Auditor General Jack Wagner participated in a forum this morning hosted by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
Wagner talked about his proposal to reform state government, including his advocacy for a constitutional convention, reducing the size of the General Assembly, and bringing competition to the state contracting process, as well as the economic issues affecting the Commonwealth and its businesses.
Voters know that government is politically paralyzed and not serving people well or efficiently. Structural reform is urgently needed. It is essential to growing jobs and the state economy, while keeping taxes low. Voters want competition, transparency, and accountability to improve government performance.
