WSJ coverage of Jack’s fight against risky swap deals

The Wall Street Journal is the latest national media outlet to cover Jack’s fight against risky swap deals that gamble away hard-earned taxpayer dollars.

State lawmakers have proposed restrictions on municipalities’ ability to use swaps. It’s gambling with the public’s money, Wagner said. Elected officials are simply no match for the investment banker that is selling the deal.
